Personality profile characteristics of patients with somatoform and anxiety-phobic disorders with phenomena of reduced criticality

چکیده

The aim: to study the personality characteristics and their relationship with reduced criticality manifestations by examining profile of patients somatoform anxiety-phobic disorders. Materials methods. A prospective clinical involved 102 patients: 54 disorder 48 disorder. Research methods: clinical-psychopathological, clinical-anamnestic, clinical-catamnestic, clinical-psychophenomenological medical statistical analysis. Results. As result, peculiarities personal disorders connection have been established. most common types accentuations in revealed (“sticking-demonstrative” (16.67 % group), “sticking-exalted” (11.11 %), “anxious-demonstrative” (9.26 %) “demonstrative” as well a characteristic pronounced (p < 0.05) reduction (mainly due phenomenon alexithymia). prevailing accentuation among contingent (“anxious” (14.58 “anxious-pedantic” (12.50 %)) had 0.01) mild degree criticality. Conclusions. Based on differences found disorders, variations severity pathogenetic mechanisms revealed. obtained results offer potential develop personalized system for correction criticality, use which would improve treatment
